Thanks to the help of the town of Banska Bystrica/Slovakia, the Auto Model Club in Banska Bystrica/Slovakia succeeded in building a new track for auto model cars. In the first stage, the asphalt layer was laid down. After removal of the grease, the track was measured out. The track itself was first sketched with chalk, and after a few races with the XRAY T2â™007 some sections were corrected. The next step was painting of the external lines with a special paint for asphalt. After that, the concrete edge-stones were hand-made and the rest of the track was painted with white, red, and green coloring. Concurrently with the building of the track, the drivers stand was built and the pits were paved.
The area of the track is 36x18m, with an ideal racing line of 130m. The narrowest section is 2.7m and the widest is 2.8m. The track was assigned for 1:18 and 1:10 scale. You can find the track in Banska Bystrica â“ Sasova (Slovakia). For more detailed information feel free to visit www.amk.sk
